Do you accept commissions?
Sadly I don't really have time to take on commissions at the moment (particularly for sketchc ards). However I may make exceptions for work that will be published or is just very 'me' ;). Patience will be required though! I have a long waiting list and busy schedule, but I don't expect payment until after the work is completed.

Is anyone else allowed to sell copies/prints of your work?
Copies or prints, no, definitelynot. If you find any such thing please let me know.
Of course my original works are being re-sold by people all the time, but please ensure it is an original, as there have been a few attempted fakes and forgeries.

ABOUT THE ARTWORK

Did you do all the artwork on the site?
Every Single One of them, unless very clearly stated otherwise.

Are they all hand-drawn?
Abso-bloody-lutely. There are some artists who draw over printed images and claimit's 'hand-drawn'. It's not hand-drawn, it's cheating. Bad artists, go and sit in the corner and think about what you've done.

Can I sell prints of your work?
No, unless I agree, in writing, to establish the rights of the work for re-sale. Though I'm only likely to give permission if I can be assured of the print-quality.

Can I re-sell your (original)?
If you buy an original piece you can of course sell it on, but I still own the right to print / copy the work in future.

Can I use your work in any commercial way?
It depends upon the use. Please email me.

Can I use your work in any charitable way?
Probably, but please contact me first as some of my work was done under license for other companies and cannot be reproduced.

Can I use any of your images for sigs / tags / web building etc ?
If it's for non-profit and is done tastefully, and if I'm credited, then I'm likely to say yes - but I would really appreciate being asked first.

Can I display your pictures on my site?
Of course!  But please don't alter the image (except resizing if necessary) and please do credit me as the artist. A link to this site wouold be nice too.

Can I link directly to your images?
No, but you can easily get yourself a free image hosting account like photobucket and host the pctures yourself. :)

I don't presently have a Links page - though I may have in future.

Where is that room on the menu page picture from?
My twisted imagination. It is a composite of various different places and comprised of about 200 different image-layers.
And of course my studio looks exactly like that in real life. Almost.

Where do you get your graphics / backgrounds / tiles from?
I make them myself from scratch, which is part of the reason it takes me months to do this site.
Please do not use any of the graphics, backgrounds or tiles from this site. You can, however, ask me to make some new ones for you... (see below).

Would you do some graphics/ backgrounds for my site?
Possibly. Especially if you are able to promote my site on yours. Internet bartering, huzzah.

What programs /sites did you use to put the site together?
For the backgrounds I used Ulead Photo Express and a little Jasc PSP 9.
To build the site (the first time) I practically lived here: http://www.htmlgoodies.com/ for months. I owe them a pint. For this incarnation of the site which uses CSS and Dreamweaver I Owe a certain person several pints and a big kiss.
