Sales

Do you accept commissions?
Sadly I don't really have time to take on commissions at the moment, though possible exceptions being work that will be published or just really fun to do. Patience will be required though, I do have a long waiting list, but I don't expect payment until after the work is completed.

Is anyone else allowed to sell copies/prints of your work?
No, at this time, no. The only person selling my work (or copies thereof) is ME until otherwise stated.
If you see copies of my work being sold by someone else it's probably low-quality prints taken from pictures on the net with the watermark and signature chopped off. Bad, filthy, naughty. Spanky bottoms time. If you find any such thing please let me know.

About the Artwork

Did you do all the artwork on the site?
Every Single One of them, unless very clearly stated otherwise.

Are they all hand-drawn?
Abso-bloody-lutely. There are some artists who draw over printed images and pass it off as 'hand-drawn'. I flick peas at them. Bad artists, go and sit in the corner and think about what you've done.

Use of Artwork

Can I sell your (original) work?
If you buy an original piece, you can of course sell it on, and if you make a profit good for you - but I still hold the copyrights.

Can I sell prints of your work?
No. Not unless you buy the original AND I agree, in writing, to establish the rights of the work for re-sale. Which I'm not likely to give unless I can be assured of quality.

Can I use your work in any commercial way?
Depends upon the use. Please email me.

Can I use any of your images for sigs / tags / web building etc ?
No. Sorry, but no.
Please DO NOT use, change, alter or manipulate any of the images on this site without my express permission.  But - if you ask nicely, treat the work nicely, and give me a little credit I could well say 'yes' - so do ask.
If you see any of my work in a strange place or that appears to have been tampered with, please let me know.

Can I display your pictures on my site?
Yes - if  you don't alter the image (except resizing if necessary) and if  you credit me as the artist. A link to this site wouold be nice too ;)

Can I link directly to your images?
No, but you can easily get yourself a free image hosting account like photobucket and host the pctures yourself. :)

I don't presently have a Links page - though I may have in future.
But give me the link to your site and I'll check it out, if I like it, I'll try to add it somewhere :)

Where is that room on the menu page picture from?
My twisted imagination. It is a composite of various different places and comprised of about 200 different image-layers.
And of course my studio looks exactly like that in real life. Almost.

Where do you get your graphics / backgrounds / tiles from?
I make them myself from scratch, which is part of the reason it takes me months to do this site.
Please do not use any of the graphics, backgrounds or tiles from this site. You can, however, ask me to make some new ones for you... (see below).

Would you do some graphics/ backgrounds for my site?
Possibly. Especially if you are able to promote my site on yours. Internet bartering, huzzah.

What programs /sites did you use to put the site together?
For the backgrounds I used Ulead Photo Express and a little Jasc PSP 9.
To build the site (the first time) I practically lived here: http://www.htmlgoodies.com/ for months. I owe them a pint. For this incarnation of the site which uses CSS and Dreamweaver I Owe a certain person several pints and a big kiss.
